What does it do?
Canned Replies allows staff members to create and save replies for repeated use, saving you a lot of time typing and posting the replies you post more frequently. Canned replies are shared among all staff, enabling sites to provide consistent messaging with staff replies.
How do I use it?
To use Canned Replies the plugin must first be enabled via site settings. Once enabled, staff can interact with canned replies from the options menu in the composer. Within this interface staff can view current replies, edit or insert them into the current draft, and create new replies.
